As soon as my puppies are up and walking I provide them with a lot of stimulation in the puppy pen, i.e. boxes to climb on or through, knotted socks suspended from the top for them to tug and chew on, as well as following the Rule of Sevens  from Pat Hastings. I have mini agility equipment (made myself) in the outside play area, (of course the walk, teeter and tire jump are with supervision).     I do not wean my puppies on puppy food, but straight onto adult food. I have found that my puppies are more energetic & athletic  than the pudgy puppies that are weaned onto Puppy food.(learned from Pat Hastings also)
I do all of this because I feel it helps to create an all around healthy (in mind and body) pet. Hopefully it also helps provide a great start should anyone want to do agility with their pup.
